Good movie, good food. It was pretty packed when I went, so booking ahead with a selected seat is a good idea. The food is great and the menu is very carefully designed to make a lot with a few ingredients. I recommend the root beer float and the chicken parmigiana sandwich. A question that wasn't answered by the website(very well): how does this work? A: you get your ticket and go to your seat like every other theatre(plus a thing they hand you for ordering), you have three options for ordering: -you can wait till one of the wait staff members comes around. -you can turn the light on, on your coaster they give you at the door. -you can order online by scanning the QR code at your seat(which takes you to a toasttab order page for your seat). Food and drink menus separate on the app via drop-down box). Once you get your food, just orient yourself however you can fit comfortable and eat while watching. It can get tight in there.

I have always loved going to Chunkys… But after my experience last night I’m not sure if I’d go back. Our drinks took forever to be served, at least 30min into the movie. Appetizer came before the drinks. Mozzarella sticks were cold… I felt sick immediately after I started eating the buffalo chicken mac and cheese.. Very disappointed

When we first arrived into the theater our chairs and table were very dirty. Nothing had been wiped down and our chairs appeared greasy. Disgusting. Our service was extremely spaced out and no one in our party was served drinks until halfway through the movie. The food was cold, and very unappetizing. Out of all the businesses to close during covid, I'm SHOCKED this dump wasn't shut down.

Went to see the movie X on Friday night and went to pay for the 5 of us with a combination of my card and $40 cash. I gave our server $20 towards a tip and $20 towards the tab. I ended up getting hit for like $80 on my card when the tab was $53.30 and then it should've really been $33.30 if the server had applied the cash. I waited 10 mins during the climax of the movie to try and have the server respond to the red light till I got fed up and lost out on the movie to track down Julianna and a manager to explain everything. They said they'd adjust it and came back as only $29. I signed it reluctantly. I called the next day and spoke to Dave and he assured me it was a bank issue and that the money was on hold to be reimbursed, but there's nothing pending for a deposit... I'm not rich and can't she'd to lose money... I'm not trusting making payments without cash now.
