Kai's Koffee is fantastic. The baristas are very knowledgeable and attentive, and the coffee is top notch. If you live in the area or pass through Pelham, you are doing yourself a disservice if you haven't visited here.

Expensive coffee, but great scones, fresh baked daily. Service is generally good, one rude woman snapped at me when I went to get a Caramel Macchiato because I did not know what stirred or poured was (I believe that is the term she used?!). I asked what she was saying and it made it seem pretentious there, but have gone back a few more times and the other employees are super sweet and helpful.

Nice quiet place to go enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book. Their apple spice is good. I have only been a few times, but service time can be a little slow at times. I know it is due to growth having enough equipment to serve during peak times. There is a balance to business.

They finally got my Peach smoothie after months of being unavailable. There is always just one barista so it can be quite slow if someone orders in front of you. They are open for a minimal number of hours. Good pricing though, especially for a small business. Fairly friendly baristas from my experience.

Nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere. Kind barista. The mocha, wrap and danish were all tasty. Probably average price for a coffee shop. It was a good place to meet up with someone for the first time.

I've followed Kai's on Instagram for a while but just visited for the first time this morning with my 3 year old and infant after dropping off my big kid at school. It has a welcoming atmosphere, a good selection of coffee and tea and comfortable seating where I felt safe to nurse the baby. We will be back sometime to try lunch!

I *love* Kai's Koffee! They have intimate spaces to hang out as well as a huge space in the back that can be reserved for meetings. The owner is so cheerful and makes every effort to make her customers happy. They make an awesome Caramel Mocha!

Nice Quiet place with polite employees. I would recommend that front of store is kind of bland and hard to notice it needs that Spark or light that says hay I'm open for Business come on in for some good Coffee. But place is Cozy.
