Dunkin'

I ordered through the app and said I was picking up drive thru. It took about 15 minutes to get there after I ordered. Their line was 23 cars long, so I went inside. I was ignored at the pickup spot for more than 5 minutes and then the woman who helped me fussed at me for not picking it up at the drive thru. I thought it would take less time going inside, but I was wrong. I don't like being chastised by the employee for doing what I thought would be easier for everyone. I will never order from this location again

This lil Dunkin Donuts shop is a humble treasure nestled in the heart of Patriots Plaza, Pasadena, Maryland. Just a heartbeat off the highway, it is an exceptionally welcome place to drive thru for breakfast. The professionalism, speed, efficiency, and quality of food and coffee delivery is a great comfort for customers to include those who are brand new to Maryland. I have been there 4 times and on my 5th visit, the drive thru cashier was incredibly thoughtful to recommend how to order a coffee that would save me an entire dollar on the next visit. The speed at which my orders are filled despite how complicated and the quality of food is always 100% to my expectations. This is dunkin donuts at perfection level. A five-star morning drive thru experience..!

I went through the drive through at about 6:45pm, it's drive through only on weekends. I was told no food was being made and they were out of muffins, most bagels and barely had any doughnuts. I ordered a large latte using my free drink reward and was given a small at the window. I explained that that was the wrong size and was then given a medium and told "that's the biggest cup we have right now and we can't do a refund for app purchases."

12/27/21. 2:30pm, I went inside to get my coffee. I noticed drive thru was busy & had no problem waiting my turn. The employees were busy. I waited patiently for awhile. I was even acknowledged. They acted as if I was invisible. They should of said welcome, we’ll be with you. But nothing. So I left. HORRIBLE service

I was pretty disappointed in my latest visit to this location. I placed my order ahead on the app and When I got there they were out of the donut I ordered and just gave me a pink sprinkle one with asking what I wanted. Unfortunate, but ok. The problem was that donut was hot / frosted while it was still hot so The frosting was an absolute mess. Unfortunate again. But then it was thrown on top of all the donut holes I ordered, so everything was a pink gooey, sloppy mess in a bag. I also ordered the iced coffee with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top, but my cup was a cinnamon sugary sticky mess with more on the outside of my cup than inside. Overall it was a sticky, messy disappointment.
