Very clean store, with a very nice staff who’s willing to help. I only had the hash browns but they were very yummy didn’t seem like a lot of vegetarian options however so that could be improved on as a company.

I came here because I wanted one of their chicken sandwiches I saw on a commercial. I don't usually eat fast food, but I saw the sign & thought "why the heck not?" Unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed in not only the look (I know fast food NEVER looks just like the commercials), but this was pathetic. The bun was twice the size of the chicken & it was clearly sitting for a while. Had higher expectations, but they got my $9 & I learned my lesson! They get three stars because the staff was really nice (the two guys at the window).

The burgers were dried out as they had been sitting for hours. This place is very hit or miss. However, the service is great and the employees are always pleasant.

Twice this week got mediocre fries that were barely warm. Got a bacon beast single that had a stale bun and the lettuce leaves we discard. Had a lot of bacon but tasted like cardboard. Not great.

What makes this Hardee's different from a lot of other places is the friendliness and great attitude of the people who work here. A great place to get great food and considerate service. 5 of 5 stars!!!

Had a breakfast biscuit and something's changed as it wasn't half as good as I remember. Biscuit was either stale or over baked,disappointing as Hardee's has always been my favorite.

The burgers are delicious.

You can't see the price on the menu or website or on-lone.
Fries were leftover and ice cold.
Nearly no customers.
Expensive.
Please have someone listen within Hardee's to make the prices visible. I do not like to visit a place where the price is a secret. Make the food more affordable. How do you stay in business?

We went to 4111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena. We ordered Monster Angus Burger and Frisco Angus Burger. The buns were stale. Angus beef patties were so dry and overcooked. The worst part, we had extreme diarrhea an hour after eating. We’ve been sick for few days. Burgers were evidently old. -0 star-
