I mean, as far as chain coffee places go, this is definitely one of the best. It’s clean, the baristas are all more than competent, and most importantly, it’s consistent. They’ve got plenty of seating and my experience with the wifi has been great.

I got the single shot cap and I asked them to add cocoa powder. Really great and not too strong

Delicious coffee and tasty foods. Pleasant staff. Extremely cold night, but happy to get a table, eat a nice dessert, and have a latte.

Pretty good if you want a good tea or even a nice drink to relax. I would suggest it Keep doing the good work Coffee bean Employees! (Try White Chocolate!)

Used to be my favorite location, but lately the service got very poor.
Chairs outside are always dirty , cushions on arm chairs are horribly filthy.
better to sit on the floor than those arm chairs. Music inside is very loud. What else can i say , where is the manger !!!!!!

great service, nice staff the mango cold brew iced tea is great, but if its December, please get the red velvet hot cocoa. its the best hot drink I've had in my life

Got the cookies and cream blended drink with espresso. They have a team that really works to understand the customer, I was pretty indecisive that day and they were really patient about it. 5 stars for there drinks but 10 for their service.

The cashier was very nice and had time to chat but still keep things moving.
The Peach Jasmine Iced Tea was tasty but super sweet.
