I ordered the beef chow fun( beef and noodles) .. it initially looked dry but we were hungry so we over looked it.. as soon as we started eating, we smelled a bad odor coming from meat.. I picked one up and smelled it and yup sure enough, it smelled rotten.. I called the restaurant to let them know the meat was bad and his response was “ so you want another order?” I told him no I wanted him to be aware that it was bad.. long story short, I went down there and he had my $11 waiting and said nothing else to me. He was very rude and unapologetic and rude. I don’t care about the money. What I do care about is that they are selling bad meat and my family ate it!!

Got the noodles with chicken and ordered through Postmates. The chicken tasted terrible and it clearly had gone bad. Only ate one bite and almost vomited. Postmates would only give me a $5 credit no matter what I said and even though I couldn’t eat it. Had to take the food back to the restaurant myself and argue to get my money back. Ended up getting a partial refund after insisting upon it. I was shocked at how filthy the restaurant was, how awful the customer service was and the place looks like it should be shut down! Shame on them and shame on Postmates for being willing to deliver food from there... or should I say delivering food poisoning from there!

We ordered delivery, the food took a while to get here, only to open the bag and not have everything we ordered. So we call the restaurant to tell them we didn't get our full order. They said, "Oh sorry, seems the driver didn't get the full order, I see your food here. We will send it out as soon as he gets back." 1 hour and 20 minutes later we call to see what's taking so long, only to be told, "Sorry, we're really busy. We'll try to send it out soon." So here we are 2 hours later, SUPER hungry, with half the order getting cold and the other half is at the restaurant still, getting cold waiting for someone to bring it to us. Keep in mind all the food is paid for and the driver was well tipped. Horrible experience. Will be throwing this take out menu away. Don't know why they have a high rating.

So be aware! This restaurant is claiming to be Wingnuts on Postmates. It was national wing day and of all the wing places to order from, I decided to order from here due to the description and picture you see attached. I got bamboozled and it ended up being a Chinese place that didn't even have wings on their menu! The wings came out disgusting and sloppy and nothing like the picture. I asked to speak to the manager and told him about his wings and he can't be calling himself wingnuts. They took a new order and went to the back as if they were cooking it. I was waiting and waiting and finally had to get the guys attention. The manager went into hiding and the cashier guy literally ignored me until I found out they weren't even making any new food. They already barely spoke English and to add to it, their customer service was cowardly. Cmon now if you have a restaurant, you should expect customer issues and be ready to deal with it properly. That's part of the business they're in and they don't abide by it, they should definitely go out of business. They aren’t trustworthy as a business and their food isn't trustworthy.

This restaurant has become my stop by or drive to must for great food. Beef with fresh string beans I get sauce on the side, is awesomeness personified. Friendly employees too along with best Bobas I've ever had make me stop by often. Yum!

A strange place with exposed cooking equipment in their small, bland dining area. I haven't yet tried the food, but I had to share my experience about the Taro Smoothie I ordered. Absolutely the best smoothie I received, thick with flavor and perfectly cooked boba. As good boba smoothing are hard to find, this place is now a fixture for me.

Ordered take out. They forgot how to make fried wontons. There was nothing in them. Didn't give us forks, napkins or soy sauce. Paid 3.50 for a tiny ass piece of cheese cake. Food was so so tasting. I wouldn't reccomend going here. From other reviews seems like a hit or a miss.
