Sharkeys Woodfire Grill

I go to this place all of the time. The resturant is always clean and the quality of food is one of the best. Even the portion sizes are more than satisfying but none of that is the "best" part. When I go to this location I feel like I am treated like family by the amazing staff! This is one of my favorite places to eat because of how great their staff is.

The food we ate was very healthy, that is for sure, and there were many choices. The service was good and after my initial less-than-positive review, the response from someone at the restaurant showed a true dedication to customers. We did find the prices to be a bit high and the food lacked a little flavor. Both of those are challenges for any restaurant that focuses on health and quality.

Ahhhh Sharky's. I love the enormous nacho platter here! Great with a beer. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming here. My only beef is the underground parking. If I decide to take my time or maybe read a little with my food I end up paying for parking even with a validation. I don't fault Sharky's for that in the end, just beware!

This was my first time visiting the restaurant. I was patiently waiting in line reviewing the menu, the cashier called the next person in line (which was me). Before I could say anything and older lady hopped in front of me. The cashier looked at me as if she was saying sorry. Instead of correcting the customer, she took the lady's order. I finally made my way to the register and explained to her that I was next. She apologized and gave me a 10% discount. I order my food and waited. As I sat at a table I realized the older woman who cut in front me was behind the register! This was no average customer, I later found out she was the owner! Wow, what a shame! As for the food, it was not authentic enough for my liking. Lacked seasoning. I will say I took my food home and the next day it tasted way better!!! My review would of been one star but the staff redeemed themselves with their politeness.
