This Chipotle is clean and the staff is friendly. As the only food spot in Hastings Village shopping complex it can get busy but the line moves quickly. I love their burrito bowls which have less carbs and their guacamole is amazing. Easy ordering in their app and plenty of free parking available.

Experience was very bad. They were out of corn and lettuce and the employee's attitude was rude. She just told me: no corn no lettuce, that's it, so what I got was just tiny bit of rice and chicken with some cheese and sour cream, about less than half of a bowl only. No one apologized nor offered more of something else to make up. Will never go there again.

It took them awfully long to complete my order. Mind you, I just ordered a bowl. The new employees there don't know how to properly run a food service line. Lots of b.s. I was standing there for a good 5 minutes waiting for them to bring my food down the line. Seems like this place has a high turnover rate.

Chipotle is always good. This location did run out of chicken. It's OK...it happens. The inside is quite small and you have to hover a bit to get a spot. The staff is genuinely sweet and attentive. Food was ok.

Ah, Chipotle. Some Chipotle restaurants are very generous with their portions: this is NOT one of those locations. Their beverage options are nice, though.

CONSISTENTLY slow service- like half the speed of other locations. I understand it taking time if there is a large line, but I think they understaff to save money, and the result is consistently slower service.

My burrito was gigantic and very tasty. If you load the burrito I think it can be shared. Service was good and there were people going in all the time. The place is rather small and not super clean. Food was what you can expect from a chipotle and was good. There is only one restroom. There is an outside seating. It is pretty cheap.
