Great place for dessert! This place is kinda hidden a little far away from the center of the downtown. Small but nice atmosphere to chill. I got a waffle with pistachio ice cream and strawberry topping, which was great choice cos the pistachio flavor made it not too sweet. Will visit again.

What is a liege waffle?; made with a combination of waffle dough, and pearl sugar that caramelizes on the outside of the waffle, as it's being cooked.
A fellow reviewer once said that these would be the best waffles you will have ever tasted, and so far I agree with that statement. I wasn't in the mood for waffles, but I've never had a liege waffle, so I stopped by. There was only one other person here, so I was happy not to wait in line. When I asked the girl what was good, she pointed out the three popular options;
1. The original Liege Waffle
2. Ice cream waffle special
3. Speculoos special
I went with option number three. It came with lots of fresh delicious bananas on top. At first glance I didn't think it was going to fill me up, but about 2/3 of the way I started slowing down. Not only was it filling, but it started to taste a little too sweet. Don't get me wrong it was freaking delicious, but I should of stopped when I felt myself getting full.
Next time I visit the Liege I'm going to go for the Ice cream waffle special. I feel like the ice cream would compliment the waffle perfectly.

I only get to come here every so often when I'm in the area for business, but every time I am I make sure to stop here at least once during my trip. The waffles are amazing, the ice creams are a great pair, and the whipped cream is a great complement to it all. If you have a sweet tooth then you definitely need to try this place at least once.

Great trendy place to eat at. They make their sodas and serve tea too. I never pictured waffles to be so fancy. You can eat it with ice cream, peanut butter, you name it. Very hipster in its vibe, with a tasteful minimalist design. It takes a while for them ro make your food but you get to watch them make it fresh.

Small setting, interesting waffle creations. I felt really close to the chef and his cooking. Cool interior decor. I wish there were a few healthy alternatives on the menu.

You can't go wrong here. Waffles are sweet and moist. The ice cream flavors they have go perfectly with the waffles or are incredible on their own.

Great service and was my waffle with toffee ice cream, bananas and whipped cream was YUMMY!
