Technique At Le Cordon Bleu

I passed by and decided to try their plates. It ordered tuna plate and my friend ordered salmon plate. I tried both. Tuna was upscale, salmon also was great. There was one but ... too much vinegar. Next time I’ll definitely stop by to try something else. Portions are really good - bigger than average in the area and price policy is also great. Highly recommend

Are you a salad lover? If yes, then this is the place for you! They have a great variety of salads to choose from. Some of my faves are the Tuna Nicoise & Steak. You won’t be disappointed!! I'm staying in Pasadena and I really wanted something healthy, but I also I'm over how expensive room service is and didn't feel like a sit-down restaurant. So I ordered an advance I walked down there, I'm a little disappointed that I got there 5 minutes before I was supposed to pick up and it was already waiting. Because by the time I got home it had clearly been sitting for longer than the 5 minute walk home. Which is the only reason why it didn't get five stars, things had started to get cold. And I don't have a microwave in my room. I got the mashed potatoes which were lovely and delicious and I just wish that they were warmer. The steak mid rare was cooked better than I've had it cooked midwear at some fine dining establishments which is awesome because I only paid $14 for this mid rare. And the seasonal vegetables which I'm really happy I got I got brussel sprouts and carrots and sweet potatoes and it was a really nice mix again a little cold. I also wish that the Brussels sprouts had been cut they were whole and that's a lot to deal with with a plastic knife.

I always loved Tender Greens and ordered my usual salmon plate. It was a bit undercooked for my liking so I gave it back and asked for a new one. The team took it in with a smile and told me to wait outside. A few minutes later, they brought me a brand new plate. Really great and cheerful staff to help me - thank you!
