Jack In The Box

This is the best Jack in the box in pasadena. The people here are super friendly unlike the ratchet and dirtyness at the jack in the box in 903 pasadena blvd . Avoid that jack in the box including the richey st jack in the box they are really gross their oil is old and everything they fry taste like churros and their food is made while people are on their cell phones. I have also seen people smoking and going back to their shifts and just making food at the 903 pasadena blvd location and richey. But this particular jack in the box the people seem to be super clean and very focused on customer satisfaction. I trust without a shadow of a doubt on this pasadena by the beltway 8 by the cinemark. I approve this location 100% their burgers look perfect they don't slap all sloppy mayo and ketchup and make it look like a burgercrime like the other jack in the boxes do. Lol so like I said this jack is safe and approved 100% keep on doing a great Job! Us consumers don't want smoke breath on our food. And if they smoke they could have the common courtesy to wear a mask until their lungs get all that toxic smell out of their lungs! Also we know many people use their cell phones in the restrooms so don't be touching your screen and be flipping burgers or touching food. We know what studies have shown that they have found millions of bacteria and feces in the screen of cell phones. Do the research and it's University Studies! Google it! So let's keep food edible! Please ! But as far as this location it's a Go! Great work! I will continue to go to this location. But please don't repeat the mistakes of other jack in the box workers.

I didn't like the food and it was a food safety hazard. I found a black facial hair in the buttermilk. And that was totally disgusting. I'm not blaming the workers. I'm just blaming the company who even made it. Which I did notify directly. And contacted them and Letting them know that their buttermilk contained a facial hair inside their product.

I had low expectations because I had never been to this Jack in the Box and because it is right by the movie theatre, however the crispness of their tacos is unmatched! I was thoroughly surprised by the quality of food. I leave a negative review for the atmosphere because it was INCREDIBLY muggy inside. It felt like I had a sunburn and was wearing a long sleeve shirt over it. I'm not sure if there were issues with the AC or if it is always like that, but it certainly made the waiting painstaking. Above all, I feel like the tacos were worth the wait 👍
