Giovanni's Trattoria

This place "always hits the spot". The best chicken round. They're very consistent with flavour and the quality of food. It always tastes as good as it did today. The price is perfectly adequate. We paid about $52 for a family meal with drinks etc. The staff are friendly. Every time I brought anyone here I haven't been let down. The sauce is to die for. Expect to smell like garlic.

Service was quick and the food was delicious as always. Large portions and chips were overfilled. Someone was on hand cleaning tables and felt safe eating outside the restaurant. Inside however it was crowded and no way of social distancing whatsoever. Given this current climate, it's the only downside of visiting the restaurant.

El Jannah Granville was an amazing charcoal chicken located in Granville. The chicken was amazing, the pickles crisp and the garlic sauce amazing. They were as good as the other option just down the road. Then again Covid-19 came to town… I guess they need to do what they need to do, but after advertising on 2GB radio. I checked them out again. They went from this amazing local BBQ charcoal chicken shop to an overpriced wannabe food court franchise. Very disappointing. But this is my opinion try for yourself.
