15/04/22 review - on a normal day this cafe is fine, just don’t visit during public holiday or busy weekends unless you have plenty of time to wait. I was glad they open on a public holiday (Good Friday) even though there’s surcharge for public holiday! All good with a $8 ice coffee but not so glad it took them +30min to just make an ice coffee…. When lining up, I already saw a few frustrated customers complaining the delay or tables filled with customers but no food. I thought to getting a takeaway drink. Should be ok! Until i waited for a while and I saw a couple of customers after me got their drinks first (hot or cold) so I went up and asked how long does my ice coffee take? Staff are apologetic and tried to prioritise it. But I feel somewhere along the production line is broken. Either there’re not enough staff for some stations or customers who screamed the loudest got the priority or both….. Older review: Their dine-in coffee tastes better than takeaway. Used to give out biscuits for both takeaway and dine-in but seems to have stopped for takeaways. Plenty of food menu and great that they open till late! Services is decent!

I am a regular customer, probably everyday here. The place is very cozy and well established. The milk shakes you can't go wrong with any if the menu. Deserts are fantastic as well. I personally love the muffins and waffles. Kids will love this place. Staff very friendly. The place is usually busy specially weekends and you might need to wait for a seat but it's worth it. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Have been to other stores and the dessert and presentation was exceedingly better. The cookie dough was black and burnt, there is the tiniesttt scoops of ice cream in the cups. There was a small and messy line of vanilla crumb, no chocolate biscuit crumb at all and no white chocolate at all. Very odd and sloppy
