Hardee's

Tried the beyond meat burger and I'm impressed with it, the impossible Whopper has some stiff competition. It's juicy, beefy tasting and generous in size. I'm not a vegetarian I was just curious about it and I feel like even strict meat eaters would actually enjoy this burger quite a bit. It's losing one star because they forgot my fries with my meal. This location has a history of messing up my orders.

Hamburger was a sloppy mess and not in a good way. So much mayo and lettuce. Not a good experience. Also went to counter for a knife but workers to busy talking so stood there. When worker finally acknowledged me she handed the knife but did not look at me because more interested in workers conversations. I have been at this location several times and has always been this way. That is my last trip there for sure.

Waited 10 minutes from the drive through and when the manager finally brought our food out to us he apologized for the wait. He stated the fryers weren't hot enough yet. It was 530pm! Apparently they cooked the fries anyway in cold grease because the fries were soggy and disgusting! No lettuce on the burger and asked for NO tomato, there WAS tomato of course! Will not be back to this store.

Waited 20min in drive thru last week on Parrish. The car behind us got tired and left. I was thinking they must be slammed in there, when I pulled off there were 3 cars in the lot! They weren't busy at all but this is not the first time I've waited forever for my food either or been treated rude. This makes about 4 times the drive thru service has been terrible, acting as tho I'm bothering them! It's 3 minutes from my house but think I'll start driving to the one on Fredricka from now on hopefully their service is better because I've always loved Hardees!
