I'm not sure of the managers name, but she has amazing speed and has amazing communication skills. Lindsey was doing amazing in the kitchen. But, hannah though she was outstanding. Amazing work on this crew. Amazing customer service and miraculously amazing hospitality. The ONLY minor negative they could improve are fry quality. The only thing Burger King next door did was talk and judge people. Outstanding.

We tried ordering 2 items from Arby's secret menu & were told, "I'm sorry we don't make those anymore." Funny, how we searched the recently updated secret menu before ordering, willing to pay the extra & were told, no. The secret menu site should say only certain locations even do secret menu items or we were told a lie because someone didn't want to add extra meat to a sandwich. But at least our food was hot, the cashier was nice & rest of our order was correct.

Worst customer service ever!! The lady messed up my order at the speaker and I knew my total wasn’t right so I went ahead to the window I asked if that was for the 3 meals and the whole crew got mean started cussing and yelling and treated me horrible will never go back needs better management!!!!!!

Arby's sucked before, it sucks now, nothing has changed. The workers are idiotic at best oh, the food is mediocre at best, and cleaning is obviously a challenge, one that cannot be met.

This place was a life saver I had intended to go to taco bell but they were out of almost everything so the only place still open was Arby's and the food was great

The quality of the Marketplace Reuben sandwich was way below sandwiches purchased before. The meat was shredded instead of sliced, othe ingredients were less amounts also.
