Chick-fil-a

They never fail to impress. Their line can be double wrapped around the building and still get you your food before most restaurants in town. We eat here multiple times a week and I make more mistakes placing my online orders than they do fulfilling it. Last time I didn't get what I wanted, it was my fault and they gave me exactly what I asked for.

Chick Fil A on Fredricka used to be really good. The food used to be hot. Morning lemonade was fresh. And everything used to come with an order. I’ve given chance after chance since December; I’m absolutely done now. My fries are always brown, cold and worn out. The buns that come with the chicken sandwich is weird now. Along with the patties that come WITH the sandwich/biscuit/, they’ve been downsized. The drinks are always flat; no matter if it’s the tea or soda. The lemonade used to be fresh in the morning, now that’s over. Used to be a guarantee that you’d get something good. Now it’s not worth the money or time. This has nothing to do with their demand. I’ve never minded the wait; cause I always got good food in the past. Now it just seems the food is being rushed. The best thing about the restaurant is the customer service. And those willing to stand out in the cold to give orders, much respect to them.
