It was noon and both lines were around the building. They were quick and stayed friendly. Waited maybe 5 minutes while they got thru maybe 30 cars. Food as usual is always good.

One of the worst collections of degenerates making food. My bacon cheeseburger was even raw. Simply unprecedented. When I told the manager she accused me of doing something to it.

The food was good, but honestly the staff was rude. Didn't say one word to me other than the price of our food. I couldn't ever imagine saying literally nothing to a customer at my drive thru. Awful customer service.

I have never and I mean NEVER been more disappointed in any Mcdonalds location than this one. I moved into the area Aug 6th. Since then I have ordered from here about a dozen times. Not one time has my order been correct. You cant hear the person taking your order, They disappear in the middle of me giving my order, Just to come back and ask me what I said. There is no read out anywhere of my order and they do not read orders back. I have had something missing or completely wrong each time I have ordered here. When I question it they ask for the receipt and act like its the word of god and that the person taking the order could not have entered it wrong. Its a COMPLETE cluster ***k. I recommend skipping this location and going to the 135th street location right down the road. Ill never order from this location again and you shouldn't either. We didn't realize that our order was incorrect until after we got home. So I called the Manager on duty at McDonald's to let her know. She was both apologetic and helpful. She offered to comp us a new meal in the future and wrote my name down. Three days later....I picked up my meal only to discover that my hamburger patty wasn't fully cooked. It was actually really pink. So I had to return to the store for a new burger. 🤦♀️

Worst drive through experience ever! Employee taking our order was extremely rude and continued to interrupt us while we attempted to place our order. We ended up driving off without our completing the order.
