Costa Coffee

Been using this Costa for a while as we regularly go to the hospital, usually very friendly staff, but today a blonde woman with a foreign accent was very rude. She brought me the drinks, but was missing the cream, so she took the drinks back and put cream on, still missing the caramel sprinkles so I asked her to add the sprinkles, she rolled her eyes at me, put the sprinkles on then slammed the drinks down on the counter. If she doesn't like her job I suggest she quit as that's unacceptable. I've never had an issue here before, the staff are usually extremely friendly and make the drinks perfectly.

The staff were so lovely. I was sat waiting for my husband, who was in a&e, for 11 hours and they were really nice and kind to me. I sat in the coffee shop, on my laptop and they made the wait bearable. They were so nice. I would highly recommend visiting this coffee shop, if you are at the hospital. Thank you ladies.

I visited costa coffee on the 26th of October at around 10.35am and their customer service was amazing. I love their hot chocolate but I’m allergic to coffee so informed the staff of this and they used a brand new machine and used all clean jugs. Outstanding. No other costa has ever done this before and I feel they def need to be recognised for this.

There for birth of my daughter which had complications. Lived off costa for 4 days and 3 nights. Massive thanks to all the staff. A special thanks to Laura i think her name is. She took the time to ask if i was ok and cared whilst making probably the best squirrels breath (large hazlenut latte) i have had in a long time. Just wish it was my local these guys would have my daily custom... almost worth being at hospital. Kindest regards Ryan
