Plava Laguna

I was surprised not to find any reviews on Yelp for this delightful breakfast place, until I looked on Google and noticed how many five star reviews were there. What a delightful little gem on a street where it is hard to find good breakfast. You won’t find anyone friendlier or more willing to give both great service and great food than the owner and cook, Nurhan. My wife and I straggled in looking like two lost and lonely travelers, and we were treated like family. We not only received a delicious breakfast but we got amazing pointers about Nottingham, recommendations for dinner, and the most unexpected of all: genuine kindness. I wish we were local so that we could be regulars here. I encourage anyone in the area to stop by for delicious breakfast or lunch.

We ordered breakfast this morning via just eat. We had the English muffins with salmon, guacamole and poached eggs as well as a bacon cob. Everything was fantastic, warm and cooked to perfection. The eggs were runny and guacamole was perfect seasoned. We requested the bacon crispy in the notes and they delivered perfectly. Will definitely order breakfast again as it was a 6/5.

Ordered from Plava Laguna through Deliveroo as a breakfast treat. Although there was an issue with Deliveroo regarding delivery, the staff at Plava Laguna handled the situation with professionalism. Firstly I want to say thank you for the staff who contacted my sibling (who ordered on his account) to let us know there was an issue. Deliveroo never contacted us, and we were none-the-wiser. Secondly, even though there was a massive delay - through no fault of Plava Laguna's- the food was still hot and tasty. Cannot fault the staff at Plava Laguna. Well deserving of 5 stars.

I absolutely love coming to Plava Laguna for my lunch. The food is very filling, always cooked from fresh and tastes amazing! As a vegetarian, there is always plenty of foods I can choose from, unlike other places where it's limited & I would end up eating the same old thing. To top it off, Robbie & Sandra are wonderful people, so kind, pleasant and accommodating, I know that when I visit, there will always be good food and a good service! See you both next week!
