Lazy, rude and ignorant staff. Went there on a Saturday morning, ordered a Gingerbread Latte. The person (Male, white, arount 25-30 old) just handed over the coffee. I noticed there was no cream, and asked for it. He simply said 'oh we dont have it' . That's it ! Very rude and lazy person. Never ever going back to this place.

Awful service from a girl this afternoon didn’t bother to even ask if I wanted the sandwich heated proceeded to charge me for meal, then said a heated sandwich is extra she would have to refund and process again. Despite there being signs on the window.. have you ever tasted a cold Mexican chicken and cheese baguette!?
This has got to be the best greggs in Nottingham city went in today 16.3.24 time 08.40 got a bacon cob and latee breakfast deal along with sausage roll excellent service from the guy serving the bacon …
One of the smaller Greggs I've visited. Food choice good, prices are very reasonable. There is a small seating area, marked it down as crumbs were all over chairs, I had to dust them off, as did another customer.
Always friendly & pleasant. Love the app too. Wide range of customers 😁 …
