Bohns Best Burgers

I genuinely mean this when I say it, me and my girlfriend both said it's the best burgers we've ever had. And we've travelled all around Europe and Scandinavia... But the burgers here are absolute next level! Theres also a massive selection for all types of diets here too. Meat eaters, Veggies and Vegans! Also the alcohol served here is great and they have a great selection of spirits. The service was brilliant and the food came out in a very reasonable time. The price was great, the cleanliness was spot on. All in all this place is an absolute must try for burgers because hopefully, you'll have the best burger of your life like we have had here 👍

📍 Bohns Burger Winning 'UK's Best Burger Bar 2022 & 2023' is no mean feat, so when we recently visited Nottingham, we had to see why Bohns had done the double. A 5-minute walk from The Victoria Centre and we were there. Here’s what we had: 🍟 Dirty Fries - Topped with Diced Spanish Chorizo, Jalapenos, BOHNS House Mayo, BOHNS Hot BBQ Sauce, Sour Cream & Chives 🥬 BOHNS Homemade Slaw 🍔The Oklahoma - 2 Beef Patties smashed with Thinly Slices Onions and Drizzled with American Mustard. Topped with melted Swiss & American Cheese in a Brioche Bun with Homemade Oklahoma Burger Sauce 🍔The Rump Rub - Double Smash Patty, Topped with Jalapenos, American Cheese, BOHNS Chilli Mayo & Jalapeno and Raspberry Jam We won't lie, it's pretty easy to see why Bohns is the best! Quality food, lovely chilled vibes and all at very affordable prices. The food was unbelievable. Both burgers were bursting with flavour, the topped fries really were topped and there were loads of them too and the coleslaw was so refreshing and light that we could eat that on its own! This place does exactly what it says on the tin. BOHNS Best Burgers, simply are, the best. Been here a few times and it never misses, perfect food, service and atmosphere. The steak mate burger is simple, but so effective, the soft bun, tender meat, pickles, just everything. It's the perfect burger. The dirty fries are gorgeous, perfect amount of spice, meat, everything. The truffle loaded fries are phenomenal. Again, perfect. The perfect ratio of crisp fries, truffle mayo and parmesan. Every chip you eat has the perfect ratio of chip to topping. Not like other loaded fries that you'd get elsewhere where you'd end up with a load of uncovered fries at the bottom of the bowl. Hats off to the chefs on everything. Very talented. I would like to just note however, as a bit of advice, and maybe this was a one off. On the last visit I tried the BFC for the first time. I'll be honest I was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it tasted brilliant, but was just lacking very slightly. The chicken coating wasn't very crisp, slightly too oily and borderline soggy. I think there may have actually been too much chicken in it which ended up just sliding around. The slaw in it was delicious, but not enough of it, and there could have been slightly more mayo in it. The ratios were just a bit off, which is surprising, and again I assume this is a one off. I would definitely try again. Also, please bring back the sauce menu!!!! The paper menu's are very good, but you definitely need the sauce menu back. As well as the other special burger which I never managed to try before it was taken off the menu, it used to be at the bottom on the specials list and was always out of stock. Again though, hats off, simply the best.
