Ordered a caramel machhiato. Blended. Go it and left. Gave it to my husband and he asked why it tasted like chocolate syrup blended with ice and water ABsolutely awful. No hint of caramel at all. Won't go back

Four employees. Ordered. Waited about 10-15 minutes for a single drink that had already been made and had been sitting behind the counter while other people were being served and it got watered down and had to be returned for a new one but the cashier was friendly.

I paid $6 for a drink that was nearly all ice. Got about 3 sips. Really disappointed

Most of the people that work here very rude! They complain when you ask them to stir your drink or to make sure that it's actually filled to the top. A couple of the employees will even say a few things under their breath were you can still hear exactly what they said then turn around and she will deny it and become very unprofessional in front of customers and start saying things! Small seating area not really anywhere to actually sit and enjoy your coffee with friends. Really need to build an actual Starbucks in Norfolk with much better customer service!!

I have been here many times and the people here are nice. they’re efficient, polite, understanding, and the service is great! I went in when it was busy on eve and still got my drink in a decent amount of time!

Today I stopped at Starbucks before leaving Target, and I received my drink less than a minute after I ordered! The girl making everyone’s drinks was named Jessica. Go Jessica 👏🏻

My fiancé and I love coming to Starbucks in the morning and seeing Kathy and everyone that’s working. They’re always so friendly and remember our order. 🙂
