Need to up date their hours everything I go there after 8 they have closed signs up

Why do you cashiers think that someone has time to wait for you? I have been in the industry for over 15 years. I have never told a customer they had to wait on me. Let alone make them miss their buses becuase I didn't pay attention to them. It is very tiring to go somewhere to get messy service becuase of the lack of customer service and the lack of attention to detail.
