Pizza Hut

Ordered at 5:10p with a 50-60 min delivery. Called the store at 6:25 and was told the pizza was going out the door. I asked about the temperature and was told it's "in the hot box" which may work with a 10 min delay but an hour and a half?? Tried to give the benefit of the doubt. 6:55p the the pizza shows up... only the order is wrong. So nearly 2 hours, wrong order, cold food. I called back and asked for a refund. "For what?" So I told her then was told the manager left for the evening. At 7pm?? Anyways - I was told to call back in the morning. Pizza Hut needs to shut this place down if they want to maintain a decent reputation.

Greatly disappointed! I will never order from Monticello location again! After paying & successfully submitting order I arrive to pickup food to be informed "we're not able to make a Large Pizza." Like what does that mean? Did I mistakenly complete my order at McDonald's & ordered a pizza at the wrong restaurant? That's the experience I received; unprofessional, inconsiderate, untrained, and I will not return back!

Worst place ever. Tried ordering delivery 3 times the past week and was called immediately after placing the order every time and told they don't have any driver's and would have to cancel the order. Either they have issues hiring more drivers to help or something else is going on. Recommend the regional manager get involved, i will be reaching out to corporate to come get this store back together

Food was made correctly despite having an unusual order. It was nice and hot and the driver called me to make sure I knew the pizza had be set at my door. It took maybe 45 minutes at most and this was when they were busy. Probably more busy than normal since domino's nearby stopped doing deliveries. The order tracker was a bit slow but I don't think they can control that. They made my night.
