7-eleven

My husband and I have just left this 7/11. And the women tried to charge us $2 for a half full cup of hot water!!! We’ve been to this location hundreds of times and we’ve never been charged for it! We didn’t take any drink, just half of hot water to warm up my baby’s milk bottle!!! And terrible customer service as well!

I just left this 7-11. The customer service was bad (just like all the other times I go here). Although, today was particularly different. The men in the store mentioned they weren't trained (yet they were ringing me up for the things I was going to buy). After not recieving the deal that was outside on a poster and the total balance of my order being $2 more than it should have been, I decided to leave the stuff behind. I was supposed to get a big gulp and a hot dog for $3. The store is not clean at all also. I know to go to WaWa next time.

There was a nice woman that rung up my items and gave the total amount, very nice young lady with a red looney Tunes sweater on, she bagged up one of my items, but then walked away and started slicing and boxing up pizza, she was handling two things at one time, i was basically standing there in the middle of the transaction, she shortly returned to the register and looked at the receipt and asked her female coworker did she give me the $10 cash back, i informed to her yes she did, i know that is something that can be fixed in the future, you should never half complete a transaction when it’s a line of people ready to purchase, overall it’s a good store

They are very disrespectful, when you call and ask questions like, one day i called and very politely ask them do they have a gas container for gas because i was stranded on the interstate, the young lady said she dnt know literally said i duuna know and would bot check for me they are the worst amd i libe right across the street and i will never ever go to that 7 eleven ever again in my life, i did not disrespect that young lady at all but she was very disrespectful, they need a new staff, sorry to say

I stopped at the 7-Eleven because the gas station look newer and I needed to use the restroom. I Work on the road, so I need to use public restrooms often. I typically do not use 7-Eleven bathrooms because every time I use them they are not clean. I thought I would give this one a try... My observation was consistent with the rest of the 7-Eleven’s. The bathroom was very dirty with urine all over the seat and trash all over the floor. I certainly hope this is not the restroom that the employees use because the restroom did not have any soap and these employees are handling food! The lady who checked me out in the front was very kind and personable, there was a good selection of food and snacks. I would not use this restroom again! 7-Eleven needs to do a better job at keeping the restrooms clean!

Going into this 711 eleven is awful, the clerks are slow, nasty and lazy. I witnessed customers being humiliated and abused. I have been abused and humiliated by their incompetent unfriendly staff. Oh yeah they love to call the police on you after they provoke you. Don't go there. On July 3rd I went back to 711 to talk with manager Connie about my nightmare visit on June 30, 2019 in which the clerk became so abusive and because I requested a bag refused to serve me, the end result because I recorded her abuse she called the Police on me, the clerk refused to give her name. The manager Connie is just as bad as employees when I tried to speak with her about the matter she became hostile, yelled at me and basically banned me from the store. I was shocked. Don't go there. They Don't Care About Us.

Serving as an employee & customer of this store I feel that all are in need of improvement. When your motives are to enhance the quality of customer & co workers experience some challenges may arise. Pros & cons are constantly present therefore all should develop an open mindset in order to compromise despite conflict. By 711 being located off of Ballentine & E.VA Beach blvd it can be very busy at times, so please be patient. I encourage customers & employees to take the initiative to stay positive with hopes of making this local convenient store a great place to be. Be sure to ask about store promos & deals ! I'll give it a2 for overall! But that manager...wow she's a hot mess! We asked for lids, one gentleman ahead of me did, we were waiting and no one came... thinking they were busy I opened the cabinet and got a sleeve out to fill it.... and here it came...I think it was the devil itself! Screaming and yelling...I was like what in the world?? New management pleaaassseee!!
