Unless you're in line between 9 am and noon forget it! Never made it through a drive through line during the other hours in less than 20 minutes. Can run down to E. Little Creek location and get food and be back quicker than waiting in this drive through. Add that to very few, if any, employees speaking more of an utterance to you especially being polite or using manners and its a thumb or two down for us. Except the morning Peeps, they are great!

This Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese can’t be much sadder than this. Missing the tomato and has little more than a pinch of lettuce. Not worth the extra cost of a Deluxe. Disappointed because I was looking forward to the crunch and juiciness of the toppings.
Bumped up my 1* (minimum allowable) to 2* because they didn’t play games refunding my order. Almost didn’t give them the extra star because I had to drive back to them, walk in with crutches, and didn’t get any apology.

Upon arrival, waited in line for 14 minutes for a mobile order 2 Egg McMuffin meals, only to be told my items were showing as unavailable and they were unable to do anything to help me. While I understand a refund could only issued by the app, I wasn't offered any other avenue to receive my food. Unacceptable and shameful service as a previous McDonald's employee.

We were in line and the drive thru worker was burping while my wife was trying to order. She waited then tried to order he then started burping again, so as to not get any further irritated we left!! We love McDonald's, we just won't be visiting that one again. Being a Chef I never complain, but this man blatantly disrespecting my wife in front of me will not be tolerated. If I can't get resolution from those correspondence I will go further up the chain!!!

Very unprofessional. Messes up my order every time. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and just got a dry sausage patty in between Theo dry pancakes. And completely left off the second half of my order. Will never visit again. 👎🏾 Would give it zero stars but I have to give at least one.

This restaurant used to have the best service. This morning I went there to pick up an order and after waiting 20 minutes and watching people come in after me and leaving before me I inquired about my order just to be told that my order was too big so I would have to wait. Needless to say, I left without my food and I will never be back!!

Terrible service... the store seems to have no leadership. no one seems to understand what to do say or accommodate the paying customer. If one waits 20-30 mins on their food I expect to get my food not get told I paid for food no one has started or act like the order was placed. My receipt was taken 4times for my food to never be mad but my money was taken with no problem. The worst experience ever with the old owner would return to get this place out of the trash.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
