Fresh and fast and delicious with decent customer service, however they are careless with certain aspects of preparing your order. They do not make sure the ingredients are evenly spread throughout your taco, so you may need to do it yourself. They also charged me for a soda when I got water. Also they forgot straws and napkins so make sure you check your bag for everything you need.

Tacobell really needs to work on it's consistency. One day the burrit you get is worth the money and the next time you get something you wouldn't pay $1 for. Used to be my favorite fast food but they are going downhill. Just noticed the $2 burritos are now $2. 69 and the one I got today was smaller than the $1 burritos used to be. And then the nacho fries I got were $1.69 and the container wasn't even full! I think I will forgo visiting any taco bells for aawhile.

My orders usually get messed up at this location. Either wrong or missing items completely. Staff seems under trained, disinterested or distracted, sometimes rude. Really disappointed in this location as it's close to ODU.

I don't often brag on taco bell but this location was awesome! They got our order 100% correct, gave us plenty of sauce like we asked and the customer service was great. The guy was friendly and definitely made our experience.

Had an AWFUL experience at the Taco Bell on Hampton blvd in Norfolk, VA. Ordered a number 6 in the drive thru (2 chicken chalupas and a taco) along with 2 burritos and Cinnabon delights. Received the food and drove 15 minutes home to find out they only gave one chalupa. So I drove back and went inside Taco Bell to inform them of what happened. The person that helped me did not listen to what I said and gave me 1 chalupa. Therefore, I had to ask again for my last item…. The taco. Finally got my entire food order but by this time my food was so cold. They could care less about this experience and were extremely rude. Will NEVER be back.

Pulled up to the drive thru and specifically told the guy that I had 1 mobile order and two separate orders. Why he could not understand that...I don't know. So he tells me to pull up to the window. Get there and tell the girl the same thing and she says they are backed up and she could not take my order. Once I explained what the speaker guy told me, she then proceeded to take my order, but she put both orders together even though they were separate...she fixed it...all is well but not until I pulled around the front to wait for my orders. Gotta do better
