I wanted so bad to enjoy the food but the only things that were even ok were the sweet potato pancakes and baked beans. It tasted like nursing home food. There was no seasoning, the fish was VERY fishy, and the pancakes were burnt. They used frozen sausage patties like the ones McDonalds uses. I ordered a To Go order and sat there for over an hour. They asked if I wanted American ir cheddar in my eggs but used the wrong one anyway. This was my first and last time here. $70 wasted.

Came here for Sunday buffet with friends. They also had entrees if you didn’t want to do the buffet. Buffet started at noon. I had three plates of food from the buffet section, tried a small portion of everything. The food were good, pig feet dipped in a bit of vinegar, fried chicken , oven baked chicken, tender ribs, and all the sides. I will come back again.
I like the fact if you have leftover from buffet, you will be charged for it to go, so that you aren’t wasting food.
The server was kind and friendly. She made sure we were ok as we waited for the buffet and kept us updated on the wait time.

Everything has outstanding seasoning! My husband and daughter had the pig feet. So much better than others. An for those that want to know what real Lima beans should taste like she has them. This place has great food, an great customer service. May it continue to prosper.

Every menu item is indeed a "Heavenly Bite"! The best Shrimp & Grits and Fried Chicken & Waffles ever! So good we went back the next day for Sunday All You Can Eat Brunch. EVERY single item was mouth watering home cooked food. The owner Ms. Pat and her Son Patrick are simply amazing. You are greeted with love, treated like VIP family and never made to feel rushed. An Absolute Must Place to eat when in Norfolk, VA. Pastor Michael & Lady Aj Sanders 💗

I felt this place has so much promise. but for 20 dollars a person I just wish it was better. they had great staff who really tried. I will try again just to support business and hope it was just a fluke.

On vacation found this lovely place..black-owned. Very friendly and welcoming, lovely decor.

I had the shrimp and grits, it was very tasty and a large size so two can eat off of one plate. I went here for the yams initially and I did get them but they were not homemade. I hate paying a ton of money for food that is not homemade. It was one server, and one cook. We waited a bit, but I was happy with the shrimp and grits.
