Rally's

I pulled up at about 10:15 parked and walked to the window to order. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes. They pretended not to recognizing me standing there but it obviously that they were properly making me wait. Nice to see that both the food prepper and the cook preparing my burger decided to leave part of the tomato core and still serve UPDATE* their Rally's Burger on the 245 menu is more like a McSingle

Last time went was a year ago. The establishment opened late and the burger I ordered was raw on the inside ( did not request or customize my order). Was hungry and nearby, so I thought I would give them another chance. This time the burger meat was cold and hard, the burger bun was old and dry, and the cup of sweet ice tea was watered down (again no customize order). Will not patronize again.

Ordered meals for my family and all the buns were molded. Went to return them and they refused to make the order over. And refunded our money. I will never return . one of the employees had a very nasty attitude like I was the one who sold expired buns. Just terrible. Rally's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. And I am highly disappointed!!!! 🤬

I went here around 8:30PM… this place has two drive-thru lanes. I waited in for about five minutes and wasn’t addressed so I pulled up to the window… and was told the window was closed. I asked why wasn’t it a sign on the menu and I was advised I was told when I pulled up however I didn’t hear that… because the line was closed I felt like I could stay in the lane and walk up and order my food… just to be told I couldn’t stay there because I would be running up the time and if I stayed in the lane my order couldn’t be taking… Help me me understand if the lane was closed how could the time be running…. If his customer services was right I would of help him beat the clock time but he was rude… Thank God the cookout was down the street.. and the food was fresh

I saw someone walk up to the window to order and receive their food. I tried doing the same. I got the window slammed shut and I stood there at the window for 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken. The drive thru was not busy at all. Not sure how grotesque I could have looked to be completely ignored like that. Needless to say I walked away.

Delicious burgers and fries. These are Bacon Cheddar Crisp Doubles. A double patty smash burger with bacon bits, cheese, onions, and ketchup. As pretty as some other burger places used to be. The fries have a good seasoning, that isn't overpowering at all (although I prefer spicy seasoning myself, and these aren't remotely spicy). The fries are also nice and crunchy. Service was fast and the staff seemed to actually enjoy being there. I almost thought it was a Jamaican place from the past reviews of rude customer service, lol. The staff were polite and moving quickly.
