Starbucks

Completely understaffed, very busy, long line, uncomfortable seating. This is the line at lunchtime (12 noon) on Thursday. 2-3 people working in the entire store. I saw people coming and leaving immediately because of the long line. Baristas seem rushed and are probably under a lot of stress. Also, the seating benches are hard wood with no padding - your butt has been warned. There are small pieces of trash on the floor. Table tops were also dirty. The bar area where the drinks are given to customers has coffee spills. Dirty cafe. Lastly, the air-conditioning can't keep up with all the people, so it's very warm in here in the summer. Boxes with supplies and drinks are stacked inside, along the wall, which makes the place feel less welcoming and more industrial.

i like there service but , today i found a hair in my pink drink and the only thing they did was give me my refund back which i thought was very rude. litterly i found a hair in my drink , and i was disgusted the guy asked me if i wanted my drink .. i said no i litterly felt like puking . im never going there
