Service was okay. The restaurant wasn't busy but we were given menus and told to read the menus outside of the restaurant. Ordered a wrap and it was quite dry. There was supposed to be a peanut sauce but there was barely any in the wrap. It tasted like eating lettuce in a tortilla with chicken. Waited a long time for another sandwich. I'm pretty sure they forgot to make it until they were wondering why we were still waiting. Sandwich and wrap options come with a pickle and bag of chips. A positive is that the pickle spear was fresh and crisp. Otherwise this experience was a disappointment.

Pizza is great! Also, if you sign up as a customer on their web site, they periodically send you discount coupons to "remind" you they are still around. This makes their reasonable pricing even better and is much appreciated by me.

SO friendly! I actually only came in because it was pouring rain and I was trying to hide... but then ordered food and was amazed at how good it was and how friendly the people here were. Will be coming back again!

The worst experience I had ordering here. I order all the time usually there ok. But this night crew was horrible. They messed up on my pizza twice as it was delivered.. then I had to go back in person and they made me pay again for my pizza that they messed up on twice. Not even a sorry. They just shaked their head and talk among themselves.

Food was overpriced and underwhelming. When I called to complain, I was promised a refund (which I never received). Will not be ordering from Bills anytime soon. Their food (and service) used to be good - not sure what happened.

pizza is amazing, I love it ! BUT there chicken wings not good at all . I order them all the time my daughter loves wings but we always get different wings all the time. Each time is disappointing.

Such good pizza. Got it yesterday with my girlfriend and we ate half sitting outside and ate some later at night and i re-baked a slice for breakfast. Fries also really good. Shout out to Paula who was really nice and welcoming.

Tried it twice pizza is great service if you want to call it that is awful. They are terrible could care less about customers it’s almost like you are bothering them or they hate money. I’m disgusted and sick to my stomach it was so awful how we were treated.
That was nice of you will never go back. Just wanted to have a nice lunch with my children. It was so terrible we going to Waban or Hearth in Needham but my daughter likes your pizza. Had to beg for plates and ketchup and and condiments. When my daughter asked for plates the women at the counter said do you need them? We were brought up eating on plates. It was really bizarre. I understand covid and being short staffed but maybe this person needs back of the house job. I’ve read ll your reviews and yes most are great but there are a lot that say how rude she is. Perhaps that should be the focus. We don’t mind waiting but rude is rude and not acceptable in his type of business. She sighs when you ask for condiments.
