Wendy's

On errands with the kids and went through the drive thru. This place almost always messes up my order. Usually it's missing items. Today did not disappoint. They tried to give me only half the order and the pic is what they call a Large Fries. I always say I'm not coming back here again but sometimes you're on a time limit with 3 hungry kids and you have to make choices...so you forgive and give another try...and then you remember.

This location isn't what it use to be. My coworker told me not to go but I went anyway. Waited in drive up window for 15 minutes only 2 cars in front. Chicken sandwich missing toppings and had a long piece of hair stuck in the cheese. Took it back after calling and a nice lady made it again. Ended up being late going back to work. 😔

Came in around 9pm. Cold fries and rubbery chicken with missing items from my sandwich. The staff wasn't concerned with the quality of the product and voiced it to each other loud enough I could hear it clearly. The wait time was about 10 minutes and I was the only person in the dining room. Store was a mess. Items left about and stations were empty. Employee was more concerned with his phone than restocking so I opened the items and got what I needed myself.

We usually come here for lunch or dinner to take home after visiting Wilson's Garden Center. Every time we come the drive thru is SUPER SLOW! But today we didn't get waited on in the drive thru at all! We waited for almost half hour! Other people were leaving because they got tired of waiting! So we left too and got KFC for dinner. You guys need to get it together.

Stopped about 1130 on a Sunday to grab lunch on way back home. Topped gas off. Ran inside to get said lunch and doors all locked up. Ok. I'll run thru drive thru. 10 minutes waiting and only car to move was one that left in front of me. I left as well. If you can't work at decent pace, you have no business in fast food. You need to figure out how to be more efficient and open the dining room back up. This usually is a good Wendy's to stop on drive to and from eastern Ohio. Quality and service have been lacking for a few years now.
