Food is always amazing. The staff is always so nice and friendly. They always make the experience worth it. I always try to tip 30% or more because the place is honesty one of my favorites. I’d be giving a stark raving 5 star review if it wasn’t for the staff member who answered phone. I understand it’s stressful being so busy on a weekend. But when I called at 8pm, 3 hours before they closed, I did not expect the rude staff member who answered the phone. When I called, he picked up without saying anything. I asked if I could place a pick up order. The man said “what do you want?” I order my gf’s food first. He said “what else?” I ordered my food. He just said “15 minutes.” And as I went to hang up, he said “tell them order 15.” And hung up. NEVER has the staff acted this standoffish before. I’ve come here at least 35+ times in 2 years. It’s my favorite place to eat. But I never expected to be the more respectful and professional person on the line with them. Very disappointing.
