Just Sucks!!!
I have been routinely burned when going to this place. I’ve had pretty lousy experiences with this place before. But today was the final straw. I ordered a footlong PRO cheesesteak. I knew it wouldn’t be perfect, but I expected it would be a decent size. Boy was I wrong, I received the skinniest little sandwich I’ve ever seen. I had to go somewhere else after because I was still hungry after eating my lunch. The food quality is only okay. But spending 13.09 on a tiny sandwich is really frustrating. Don’t go here, trust me!!!!

I previously complained because the store had locked out customers during business hours so they could catch up. Now, im keeping my 1 star review, but editing it so as to blame the owner, whoever that may be. if you have to close early, and your employees occasionally cannot keep up with demand, that is your fault. if they lack training and the skills necessary to complete the job efficiently, that is also your fault. it’s glaringly obvious now that you underpay your employees while also dealing with a hiring problem. perhaps if the wage was worth it, your problems would be solved and your store wouldn’t look so dumpy.

Bad customer service texting on the phone while making my sandwich not going there again and it's not the first time that is happened very disappointing.

Clearly I wrote a review previously about this location and that was through also doordash.
All I can say now is I wish doordash didn’t use this location or that I had a choice in the location I used.
Ordered 2 sandwiches a cookie and chips. Both of my sides were missing. The sandwiches are sad!! Practically nothing in them. Like the bread shut all way due to lack of ingredients. I was convinced the sandwich didn’t have everything, but after dissecting the lack of items it was there. Literally 2 pieces of spinach, 2 slices of tomato, 2 half pickles, a slice of cheese.
I have no idea why this place isn’t shut down.
Previous review: Don’t know how they could be out of meatballs after being open an hr and half.

I'm a DoorDash delivery driver and went to the store to pick up and order. I waited 15 minutes and by the time the food was supposed to be ready, they hadn't even started it yet. While I was waiting a worker was extremely rude to a customer with an accent, told him she couldn't understand him, and belittled him through his order. The worker also did not have her mask on properly.
The one worker was complaining to the other worker throughout the time I waited that the orders weren't being made fast enough.
I had to wait 20 minutes for the food that was supposed to take 5 and I had to deliver it to the customer late.
I would not recommend this subway to anyone. Highly unprofessional and rude staff.
