Tried this location despite the terrible reviews. We actually had a decent experience. The sandwiches were good and the smoothies were delicious, but we waited forever. The staff was nice, but not warm and friendly. Big difference. No one even said hello. Overall, we'd go back, but I'd definitely order online and just pick it up.

Have been here a few times over the past few months. Really fast service when you order from the app. They pay attention to detail. Food was good. Smoothies are good too.

Terrible customer service, walk with with 3 workers on there phones didn’t say hi. Waited too long for a jerk wrap because they didn’t know which one who wanted to make it. I love this place but this location is awful. Get some valuable workers please!

Ok I love their smoothies. But I came for a smoothie and they were closed they still had 10 minutes before they closed. If you are closing early then don't put 8, put 7:30 😩

I went January 1 2022..... Daniel was kind and patient when asking questions about what's in the smoothie and so was the young lady with
braids, i didn't get her name.....she was filling illing the ingredients. My experience was great even though they were super busy.

I had have a awesome experience here🥰the food is great here the customer service is great the employees are very respectful and friendly love it the drinks here are amazing😍🥰😍🥰😍I love the triple berry oat the cranberry truffle and the hurricane and the chocolate coverd strawberry smoothie yummy love it 🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍this place is full with awesome people and positive vibes its never a dual moment when you come here I love these guys and will come back anytime 😍🥰😍🥰😍

Literally Friday an Saturday at the one on kirkwood highway was shreds of plastic in my smoothie so I went to this one while was down there literally 3 sips in 2 shreds of plastic in my mouth DO NOT BUY SMOOTHIES FROM THIS PLACE !!

There was a staff shortage today at this restaurant. Despite that, these employees kept things moving along and produced quality food in a fair amount of time.
Please be patient! The food is worth the wait!
