Mcdonald's

So we swung by here on break around 3:00 in the afternoon on October 13 2021.. with no time to waste. Ordered the 3 dollar bundle and added friesNuggets were old and chewy like they have been sitting for hours in the tray table. The burger i got was COLD AND THE BUN IT WAS ON WAS HARD AND CRUNCHY. THE FRIES... LOL SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE STALE... TELL ME HOW THATS POSSIBLE... WORSE MCDONALDS IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE... and the sad thing is I could not take it back in due to my job being demanding.. Not to mention. I had to throw it all in the trash... and it is ashamed they are completely under staffed and like 3 people working the inside.. gotta give it to the 3... I wouldn't go here again...

I mean, McDonald's is what it is. But Cust service and efficiency are important to me when I come through here. You got a lot of crews that don't follow proper orders. And that's where the screw ups come from. But this location is cool. They don't mess up my order and are pretty consistent. And they are busy, which speaks to the staff.

Worst food I ever had. Employees was rude. Long wait. Not only that, but I asked for a PLAIN junior cheeseburger. What do I get? Ever single topping on earth and for some reason a bun that looked like it got stepped on. And for some reason, I also got a random apple slice which had who knows what on it, and got sick after I ate. Never coming back again, go to anywhere else like BK or taco bell or literally anywhere else. I’m not demanding a refund I’m simply telling other people that this may be the best place you have ever been to or the worst.

Make sure you triple check your order. Sometimes they give you the wrong food, other times they don’t give you all your food, and at times they give a a single cheeseburger when you ordered a McDouble. If they manage to get your order correctly, there’s always that long wait in line that at times exceeds 10 minutes. My advice go to a different McDonald’s. I almost never write reviews but this McDonald’s finally pushed me to the point of this review. If you still decide to come to this McDonald’s, triple check your order.

I'm done with McDonald's. They raised the prices of everything much too high! I ordered a fish sandwich and I asked for the smallest fries they had. I noticed the cashier at the drive thru did not tell me what my total was. I was shocked when I was told my total at the window- $8.00! There is no longer a dollar menu, and now, the lowest price for fries is 2.79. Burger King & Wendy's still offer lower priced burgers and fries. Shame on McDonald's!
