Boston Market

Walked in and right back out. The glass doors had not been cleaned for days and the building smelled like sewer problems. A portion of the ceiling tiles was missing due to roof leaking. I so badly wanted to have a good experience but it was so disappointing. The parking lot has to be fixed, it is in bad shape.

Just recently started giving business to this branch of Boston Market. I thought it was a pretty ok place until today. The food was awful. Tasted weird. I had green stuff in my sweet potato casserole. It was cold. My cornbread and meatloaf sauce were missing. And to top it off all the drinks in the fountain had no fizz whatsoever. Totally flat. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Ordered a few side salads and they were all rotten, but the service was so poor that I decided not to dare take them back. What's worse is the lady behind the counter made them. The manager, a young lightskin guy was walking around holding a piece of food he was eating. The thin girl at the front was speaking loudly to another girl about having the munchies after smoking. Please avoid this one at all costs so you're not dissapointed....

From parking lot and inside the restaurant are empty. It is filthy from floor to wall and the ceiling. Unfriendliness staff, no prices on the menu are not correct because the staff wanted to make extra more money on the side. We order family meal for four! The chicken taste like a week old , so dried, nothing is tasty at all. This place is not under any management staff. Seem to us no one care to run this Boston Market location.. It is a shame for it franchise corporation as a whole. Pitty a good business location, no one care about their jobs! I would not recommend to anyone come here to purchase a family meal! it is not a good environments for anyone to be in!

Disgusting place. Staff very unfriendly and we felt we were interrupting their time to serve us. Did not have anything we asked for but we were not informed until after we had paid. Did not have anything that the person behind us wanted also. My daughter found ants in her drink. I immediately insisted on a refund - not one apology from any of the staff. I wonder if the owner knows how the place is being run when they are not around. I will never put a foot in this place again.

Boston market use to be one of my favorite places to eat. I am very disappointed in tonight’s meal. We ordered and paid online. If we didn’t we wouldn’t have ordered at all because the facility was very filthy. At 5:30 they were almost out of everything. Hello that’s dinner time. Sodas were flat. Quality of food was gross. It was barely warm. The appearance of it all was just gross. So needless to say we will not return. For the price of it all I have higher expectations. It’s a shame it’s in such a decent location too but it looks run down, parking lot is dark and has pot holes. But they say don’t judge a book by its cover - this time we should have.
