Bagelmania

Only place locally I have been able to find salt bagels. As a western New York native those are my favorite and the bagels are delicious and the employees are always kind and the prices are decent. Highly recommend check this out if you like breakfast and coffee. They also have lunch as well. Check it out.

Please please let you customers finish what they are saying if they call in. I asked for a blt with turkey-bacon and before i could finish they said turkey club? And i said no blt with turkey-bacon and they said yeah a turkey club. And i was like oh okay cause i thought maybe thats just what they call it. No i quite literally got turkey on my bagel which is fine bc i like turkey but i would have liked to save the extra money i had to pay for it. Bagel was good tho.

(The owner tried to report and take down the images I uploaded of my bagel- so I am re-uploading the images) Overpriced. $3 for 1 bagel. Staff is not friendly and rushes you to try to spend more. If you want a breakfast sandwich with meat egg and cheese they up charge you for every ingredient.. service is uninspired, dull and mundane. The bagel was very underwhelming. Although they make the bagels from scratch- my bagel was very dry and tasted burnt. They could at LEAST spread the cream cheese to the edges instead of plopping the cream cheese and squeezing the bagel together (lazy way). I let staff know this was my first time visiting and they could care less to try to welcome a new customer.

Always good. But lately less toasted. Asking for double toasted usually results in burned onion bagel. Next time I'll remember to ask for 1.5 time toasted ;-). Who knows what they'll make of that. They could literally cut the price of a bagel with cream cheese by fifty cents if they put just a sane amount on - dare I say "a schmeer"? I scraped 50 grams of cream cheese off and still had plenty. That stuff is between $0.005 and $0.015 per gram. Anyway, the bagels are high quality, and that's the main thing.

My first time experience (today) was absolutely horrible. My turkey Bacon was NOT cooked. I literally throw-up within minutes of consumption. Everyone does not eat turkey Bacon, but one would expect those in food service to know how to properly and thoroughly cook meat/food. If I could give this absolutely 0 stars, I would. A polished establishment in need of better training and coaching of their employees.
