Qdoba Mexican Eats

ALL MY VEGETARIAN FAMILY! Food as good as everytime I order! Second, review over the past year or so. Due to the Pandemic, sauces have been removed from the condiments counter (yes the Tabasco and Cholula bottles). They've been substituted with Cholula sauce packets which are still good! The Impossible bowl is always flawless considering the ultimate fact that Qdoba has an amazing variety of options for creations. 👌🏼 Bowl price w/ Guacamole: $10.25 and Regular Fountain drink: 2.25! Ambiance of dining area is great, low noise level to barely any and the cleanliness is fairly well considering the flow of customers on select days. Service was smooth, quick and accurate!

The worst costumer service ever. This people don’t understand the meaning of the word SERVICE! They talk to you like: what you want! No respect! they rushed when i placed my order,is like they just want your money, the food tasted horrible and very small portions, they are so quick to say extra. But the worst specifically is this girl that made my food, i didn’t understand what she was saying because of the mask and i put my hand on top of the glass to point at something that i wanted and didn’t know the name and she told me in a very rough tone: don’t put your hand up there! I don’t know her real name shame on her. because when i complained she refused to give me her name and laughed saying to me yes you do that. Its a shame that this place is being operated so poorly. When i asked for a manager someone came from the back saying: what up, whats good? Really Qdoba?

If you call here they pick up, tell you to hold then leave you there for 5 minutes without coming back on the phone. Then you keep calling and all you get is a busy signal. Never order online because they mess my order up every time. Then the nasty attitude you have to deal with is beyond me. They get real nasty over the phone and then real quiet when you go there in person.

Horrible customer service. Who ever they have working the register and food is slow. Why would you leave food UNCOVERED on the side while there’s other employees sweeping? Instead of having the orders stacked up how about you get them out the way? Then have a dog in the dining area. Other employees are outside smoking and just walking around. Oh wait let me guess cause it’s almost closing time so just bs around right ?

Never again! The shell was stale, They ran out of guacamole, the serving station was a mess there was food everywhere. I should’ve just walked out! what a waste of $10.60 they didn’t even have napkins! Worst experience ever, the food did not taste good or fresh my stomach hurts and the person serving the food was just chewing gum over the food with no mask on.

I don’t know what is worse the food quality or the customer service or lack there of. Waited for 20 minutes and only 2 people ahead of me. The team wasn’t even on the same page. Online/ pickup orders coming in and not being fulfilled. Working extremely slow on purpose at this point. It’s always the same thing, I work in the area and always try to stop by. Never again. The guac is always oxidated and tastes sour, the veggies are overly seasoned on top without mixing it, and the steak was meh. It’s so sad because Qdobas can really be good. I use to eat here all the time with 2 of my co workers but quality and value down. It’s so sad.

I usually order from them because it’s close to my school. Today was one of those days and I made an order for pickup. First of all the guacamole tasted like it went bad, and it smelled rotten, I am not exaggerating this. In addition to that there was a veryyyy small amount of chicken BURNT CHICKEN THAT TASTED BITTER and the rest of the bowl had no flavoring at all. I am very very very disappointed. Oh and I got food poisoning a few hours after eating that and I missed my class because of that…
