Disgusting Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. My coffee had a bug inside, I didn't make a deal about it just asked for my money back and the lady behind counter insisted on telling me I was wrong and said that's the ways the coffee was!!. I've been drinking coffee for Over 10 years and knows what it tastes and looks like. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location

Place had good service. 2nd Dunkin I've been to in over 8yrs that still continue to serve Bow Ties. Can't find any around anymore that serve them and being in Newark 2 weeks ago on business I found a Dunkin who sells them. Other then that be aware of the panhandling in the parking lot, chick asking for change. I said I carry no cash on me and that I paid with a CC she pulled out a CC machine attached to her phones headjack and said that she accepts all CC's and she accepts Cashapp and Venmo

Worst service ever! I went there like 10 times on the drive thru and the girl at 5am really needs to find another job. Never says good morning, always rude and when I have an e gift she never can scan it from my phone. She just says that because it's not on DD app. I ask her once to insert the serial number and code and it worked. But now she doesn't want to do it anymore.When I go to the other DD I never had any problems with the scanning. You just lose a Customer and it looks like that I'm not the first one and I'm sure I wouldn't be the last if you don't fix does issues.

A young women in there proceeded to tell me that what she gave me was old fashioned munchkin's, when they where glazed. I told her they where glazed because I could clearly see that they had a glaze on them. Then she said they where old fashioned. Again ..... I only eat old fashioned donuts, and your telling me I'm blind now. Lol wow. I don't eat anything else because it's just way too much sugar. Please stop arguing and trying to convince your customers that they are wrong, it's annoying and bad for business.

The women here have disgusting attitudes!!! If you make a mistake, my God be courteous! If you do not like customer service work somewhere else!! I kept repeating my order correctly to her and I was the one accused of saying it wrong when I order this drink every day. And then at the window i kept repeating it right and she kept saying ok so you want (saying it wrong). I kindly said if you repeat it the way I am it will come out right. But she wouldn’t. Never again will I go here. So tired of the bad attitudes and hand movements like they want to fight. I hope they record audio of their orders for quality assurance. But I doubt it. That is how it keeps happening. I’ve been too nice. I am DONE.
