It’s Christmas 2021 and we’re in the middle of a pandemic so I get that they’re probably understaffed. But the wait here was horrific. I waited 1 hour for a To Go margherita pizza. That’s unreasonable for an airport restaurant where people need food to come out fast so they can get a bite to eat and catch their connection. I watched many customers cancel their orders and demand refunds. This could’ve all been avoided if someone was upfront and told customers how long the wait was going to be.

You can see what my “margherita” pizza looks like. It’s a regular cheese pizza with a tiny bit of basil? leaves in the middle. It tasted like Sbarro. It was a little greasy but it was hot & fresh when it finally came out. It was cooked evenly and the crust was ok.
Price- 3/5
The pizza was $12. I think that’s fair for a personal size pizza at the airport. Sodas and teas were $4. Desserts were $12.
Overall- 2/5
Better service would go a long way towards improving the experience here

The three meatball appetizer was a perfect keto lunch portion. These were decent but not mind-blowing Italian meatballs. There is a disconnect between the menu items listed on the electronic signboard and what is actually available to order from the iPad. Not all the wines listed on the iPad were available either. I did enjoy the chianti despite the nebbiolo being unavailable. I think the lack of pricing on the menu is due to inflation and is common throughout the airport. The food came out quickly, and staff were friendly.

For an airport, this was pretty good. Had the green salad plus salmon. Fish was cooked well and the dressing was light and fresh. Overall great experience. A little slow but they were a little short handed.

Worse service I’ve ever experienced.
Table was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves because someone never came.
Never brought water, I had to get the water jar myself.
Called waiter over he said “yes yes yes” as if he is irritated to even attend a table- and never came over went on to do other things. Pizza took over 30mins and had no one to ask about status.
Asked for a few things on the table, like a bigger plate; waiter acknowledged and never brought it,
Dropped off the food at the table without even saying hi or looking at you. More like threw it.
Aside from service- Paid extra for mushrooms only seen 2 small pieces; paid for garlic no garlic was on the pizza.
Told the manager at the end about all these issues; and all he said was OK. Rather than any apology.
Unbelievable never been treated this badly in a restaurant.
There is plenty other options go somewhere now Else so you are not aggravated from the experience and completely overpriced food anyway.

Servers don’t tell you how long the food will take when you first arrive, so don’t go and order before confirming how long it’ll take. It will easily be over 50min, and if you’re like me and need to cancel the order for a refund - surprise, they will claim that they need to “print a confirmation” and you won’t receive a refund because you have a flight to catch and can’t wait for the “confirmation to be printed”. Awful experience - save yourself a headache and just head to the food hall

I fly through terminal C like every week and sometimes I get there early enough to get a bite to eat in the morning. I've tried this place 3 times. 1st time I had Eggs Benedict and they came out fine. 2nd time I got a bagel egg and cheese, it was a mess and burnt. This 3rd and last time I ordered a Make Your Own Omelet. It was undercooked, the side of breakfast potatoes were stewed potatoes NOT BREAKFAST POTATOES. The waitress brought the wrong drink I had to show the email receipt to show that she was mistaken. So 3rd strike, your done. Avoid this place. Get a pre-made sandwich somewhere else. Save your money.

Way overpriced. Got my $20 waffle cold and 30 minutes to get my coffee after asking many times. This place is the biggest waste of money and time. The trick is that they make you pay first. Then have no incentive to give good service.. or any service. I'm sure it is due to poor management and not the immediate staff. Stay away if you can
