Papa Johns Pizza

Better than Domino's which wouldn't even deliver to the Fairfield inn right next to 6. At least Papa John's took our delivery order. But here we are over an hour after ordering and it's not here yet. Not impressed as google maps says it's a 6 minute drive away. Husband is in the lobby waiting... and waiting... Update: Called manager, said the driver was on her way. Never came. Lowered from 2 stars to 1. Update #2: Two hours after ordering, the app says its delivered, so we call the manager again to ask where it is. He says they called us twice. We never got any phone calls. Talk about adding insult to injury. I've been reading through the reviews, finding the majority have similar experiences, and wondering how they're still in business. Not to mention wondering how they have such a high overall rating. The one silver lining? We did get a refund. Not exactly compensation for no dinner tonight.

I usually order on the fly when im at work and my orders usually come fresh. Except for the last few times, my food was not fresh. It was either over cooked or reheated. It's a hit or miss, which I will not take another chance on this location. If I'm paying for food service and giving a tip. I expect quality nothing less.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. We ordered twice and they kept not bringing us what we ordered. Please don't order from this place, unless you use Uber eats. They need to work on their technology and step up their delivery service. Their food is good even better then dominos, that’s hard to say but their phone service NEEDS to be absolutely disintegrated.

I got the 2 for 12 on the app a medium pizza and a Philly cheese steak Papadia with jalapenos it's all cooked and was hot but I picked it up right when it was ready using the app and pretty much ate it straight out the oven so my mouth is now on fire. Either way it was a really good pizza the Papadia was good too I just wish they gave marinara instead of garlic cause this thing needs a little tomato sauce. Actually now that I'm fully inspecting this pizza it isn't cooked all the way through but it's still pretty good for papa John's

I see y I don't bother with this location, first how do offer drive up pickup and no one brings the food to the car like the website suggests after sitting over the time have then go inside which I was trying to avoid. Then forget about the pizza abizzmal the only thing good was the cheese 🧀 bread. I won't be going back.

The cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were so flippant that they messed up a simple order of buffalo chicken. The cashier doesn't readily give you your receipts and she barks orders at you that antagonize the customer. I wanted to just cuss her out, but instead I figured I would just warn future customers to go with Dominos. They already have a problem with the N word as a corporation and it seems they also have a problem with one on one customer service.
