Maybe it's early (10am) but most of the seating areas are closed up and there are only 6 seats avaliable. Not sure if it's due to homeless around the area.

Horrible the homeless cursed me out for no reason I cant fund myself and someone else. I went in there to get coffee and 4 different people followed me asking money do I look like an ATM

Food is never fresh when I come , stale bread and stale fries . How you make the nuggets taste bad idk . Filthy establishment I wonder who’s running the place

Place needs to be shut down, pronto. It is a disgrace to the entire brand. Menu screens were all out of order, with small paper menu taped to a lucite window next to a cashier staion. They cut over from breakfast to lunch menu much sooner than policy call for. It is also frequented by vagrants living in the station waiting room and mens room.

The worse McDonaltd's I ever stepped foot in. Service was was really bad and french fries were cold, the best thing about McDonald's are the friesssss. On top of that, just vecause they are in the Newark Penn station, they do have on the menu tge McDonaltd's soecial , like any other mcd. Smh.

Terrible terrible service. I placed a mobile order and stood there for almost 10 minutes. Then got in the line of those who were ordering and the cashier said yeah they could see the order so I should wait. Waited another 10 mins and everyone who had ordered after me got it and left. It was one large darn fries!
Amidst all this, the manager, young lady seemed to be too busy talking to a guy over the counter. They both were busy talking and showing each things on social media while there was line building right in front of them. The place also looked super filthy.
Also, plenty of homeless were around.

I just drank the most delicious iced coffee from this McDonalds. I asked for a small french vanilla flavored iced coffee, lite and sweet, liquid sugar, whipped cream and extra ice. $2.34. It was DELICIOUS.
