Worst bakery ever! Ordered a birthday cake in person and a week in advance. The cake was not ready when I went to pick it up at 1 pm and I was told that they would deliver it free of charge within a 1/2 hour. I had to walk back there at 2 pm and the cake was still not ready! After my third attempt in getting this cake it was totally the wrong cake! I orderd a red velvet cake with red roses and walnuts on the side but all I got was the red velvet cake. No roses, no walnuts and block letters that a three year old would write in yellow fondant with pink trim. When I complained that it was not the cake I ordered the baker's apprentice walked off it a huff. Called them and they acted like small children over the phone when we complained. Will not order from there ever again!
