Fongs Chinese Restaurant

Menu has been out of date forever and they get upset when you question prices,they deliver your food and take their own tip and when you order they are all rude when placing an order they will put you on hold in between ordering,will rush you while ordering,food taste good but their customer service and prices are horrible.

They are truly unprofessional I order some food just as my child likes it and the employee questioned how I feed my child told me what I was ordering was weird and had so many options on it I have never had this issue I believe his name was David after going over to speak to him face to face he was very rude said I could speak to manager but it won’t matter cause he be fired that was the first issue yesterday on 2/8/22 my fiancé orders shrimp and broccoli I ate some with him and we have both been throwing up and constantly using the restroom with hot spurs to our body I work in the food industry and can say this place needs to be shut down there’s no grade available nit even a pending sign this needs to be looked at ASAP

Good Afternoon Mr. Chen I would like to report your driver Ren Zhong, let me first say I order from your restaurant twice a week. I noticed the prices on my order is always adjusted to a higher price from which is negotiated on the phone. Also the driver Ren Zhong, dropped my change on ground by accident but when I told home let me pick it up and so not run over my fingers. He yelled move move I have to go. This was after the driver called me 5 minutes before his arrival and I was standing outside in the rain the entire time. This isn’t his first time. He’s very rude and disrespectful, he makes his own price adjustment and he has me waiting 5 minutes.
