Ordered mine and my wife's food and was spoken to rudely by the lady in the drive thru. Then when she brought my order out she gave me my food and just walked away , I then said I will not be returning to this place and she replied ( what ever)

They made fresh Onion Rings for my order! Luck me they were so good. Asked for Ranch with onion rings and they were happy to help. Preface next statement, I rarely eat Fast Food Burgers but because of being short on time and not a lot of choices in area I went with a Burger. I expected to like it as it had been a long time since I've had one from Hardee's. I stopped McDonald's Hamburgers forever.. as in I have fired McDonald's. Wow! With that said the point is I didn't like the burger. The meat was dry and had to be covered in Ketchup. Onion rings made my trip 5 stars.

was a bit shocked @ my price of the food. the #10large, with a chocolate shake...19.30$$ But i have to say this also. it was the best food, delicious, meal that i have had in a good while. fresh & hot, & the fries were perfect...Well Done Nashville Hardee's. But Hardee's, come down on the prices, we are living in the Biden presidency, & having money for occasions like this is rare.

They had us wait for fresh fries. The couple of minutes it took was so worth it. They were so fresh and hot, it burned your fingers taking them out of the bag.

It was not a bad meal! The cheese was a little rubbery. The onions were sweet, not hot, the tomato styrofoam, but the burger itself and the sourdough were surprisingly good. The fries were crispy and not oversalted.

I asked for hot fries. Was pulled forward. And still get cold old fries. Last time I pulled around to get new ones. This time I called and the Manger argued with me.

Jennifer is a fantastic manager. She is pleasant to deal with. Very attentive to customer service. Very personable and should be running her own store. Everytime I go through Mt. Vernon, I always stop at her store. She could teach your Belleville managers a thing or 2.
