Taco Bell

We were at Taco Bell in Nashville Arkansas on Friday, 7/8/2022 @ ~8:35 pm. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The lady taking our order in drive thru was very short with us, often asking if our order was concluded and when we were finished with the order she just said 'pull forward'. Her opening was simply 'thank you for choosing taco Bell and nothing else. If you take too long to decide she will ask you if you need help finding something on the menu. Everytime you order an item she interrupts you to repeat it back to you. We will never go back. I'm not surprised there was nobody here on a Friday night.

Stopped by here after a ball game. Was told at the drive thru they were out of several things. My husband asked what things and the woman proceeded to yell that they were out of chicken, beef, and beans. She was very hateful and rude. If you’re out of things, why be ugly when asked what items? Absolutely ridiculous service.

The kitchen crews don't pay close attention what they are doing. I have a severe milk allergy and I order my tacos accordingly. I ask for no cheese, no sour cream if applicable, no ranch sauces and no cheesy sauces. However they do not do as the ticket/ monitor receipt says and they make the order as they normally would. Which means that I often get home or on my way home and check tacos and find they were made wrong. Then either turn around or go hungry. 😔
