Hardee's

I've been here twice, and both were absolutely terrible experiences in every way. On this, my latest visit (6pm) the man at the drive up speaker was so rude that I actually thought he was joking. I then realized he was genuinely angry, and at me. He was mad that I pulled up to the speaker, thus causing him to have to take my order. I should have drove away at that point. I manage to get my dinner ordered and paid for, when he tells me to pull up to the front and he will bring it out. Ive been sitting here for 25 minutes, literally afraid to go in and ask if they have forgotten me. 32 minutes later and I received an order that is not even close to what I asked for. I'm too scared to go in and ask for it to be corrected. I will never be back to this Hardee's. W t f

This has got to be the worst Hardee's in Nashville. The cashier was wearing a bonnet as if she just got up from bed and came to work. I waited in front of the store for them to bring me fresh fries that they failed to do the first time. Apparently they forgot about me so I went inside. The girl with the bonnet was sweeping and I kindly reminded her I was waiting on the fries. She totally forgot and to top it off she never stopped to wash her hands after handling the broom before she served me the fries. Will never eat at this location again!!!
