Burger King

I stopped here at 9:27 on Monday May 23rd, 2022. The car in front of me was asking several times if they were open. After about 5 minutes of no response they drove off. I waited 5 minutes and drove around. Two employees, one with a headset on were just standing by the window. I have stopped there two other times around the same time and the same thing has happened. Waste of time stopping there.

I went today for some reason 🤦🏽‍♀️ should have stayed away like I've been doing 😡 I stopped going because of the customer service and they never had any food! I asked for a bacon whopper melt and the lady said we don't have any melts right now because the bread is frozen smh So I just drove off because I specifically came for that🤬 now how long does it take to unfrost bread and better yet it's a new sandwich so who was on bread duty and didn't see it was running low or out. This store is still ridiculous it should be shut down and something else put in it's place

THE DISRESPECT YOU GET FROM THE STAFF!!! While waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes for our food while watching the staff eat on the line and talk on their phone, They had the audacity to serve us cold food and have a nasty attitude and besides all that!! THE MANAGER WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE YOUNG MAN AND DID NOTHING!! We bought our food back FOUR TIMES because they were still wrong. Instead of fixing the situation they made it worse by not giving a dam at all, My kids wanted BURGER KING not Mcdonalds, not Wendys but BURGER KING and they broke my babies hearts. How dare them treat customers this way. Shame on Burger king this is so wrong and disrespectful at every level. We will never came back EVER!!!!!!

So I pull up to the Madison Burger King all the employees are sitting outside not taking the orders for drive-thru the indoors is closed and nobody's doing their job last week they tell me oh we have a 15 minute wait because we're waiting for another shift to come in what kind of lousy service is this?

By far the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. The staff act like guests are an annoyance. They are very rude and don’t even attempt to work fast. I sat there for 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) with one person in line ahead of me, and the worker was aggravated when she took my order. Food came out about 10 minutes later and seemed as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Will never go here again.

I’d give this no stars if possible. I ordered two whoppers on the 2 for 6 deal and was told it’s $12. When I asked why it wasn’t 2 for 6 they literally raised their voice and shouted “cause you didn’t tell us that!” They refused to change it and because I wouldn’t back down slammed the window screaming fine we don’t have to serve you. All because I didn’t want to be overcharged and shouldn’t have been. This place is run by horrible people.
