Ihop

Took awhile to get food. Not hot worst experience at a IHOP still lift a good tip. Eggs over cook ask for scrabbled light with cheese not melted. In eggs. Asked for one pancake after I found out the whole grain had nuts. Never got, it saw it seating in window for awhile so I got up and paid. Hash brown cold. Restaurant not busy at that time.

I visit ihop often for breakfast but on 4-11-2022 they had one server This young lady sat customers, clean tables, took orders, brung prepared food and cashed out tabs for a restaurant full of people. A few minutes longer in wait but she gave exemplary service. I applaud her because I would have quit that day. No manger present just 1 waitress and cook staff and a bust person that took the dishes off the table and fhe waitress cleaned the table before sitting customers. Ihop need to do better with cross training. The young lady needed some type of help but she held it down. She deserves 5 stars🌟 herself

This experience was really good. There was one lady there serving about 5 or 6 tables and she was doing an amazing job. I couldn’t go as fast as she was going and still be smiling and genuinely nice to everyone. Food was good. And she took the time to help explain what kind of egg my son orders. She was very nice.

Awesome place to eat and awesome service. The new GM KC has made a big difference there with staff and keeping the customers happy. The changes he has made has been amazing. I hope he never leaves, that store needs him. When I was there Sunday morning that atmosphere was good and all the customers were happy and even the servers customer service was good. KC walked around greeting all the customers making sure they were good and also he was working in the kitchen and bringing food out and taking orders. I've been going there since the store first opened my son and I and I've never seen that store functioning like that. KC is AMAZING and has done an AWESOME JOB! I really hope he stays for a long time😉
